Currently, after you place an order, I will send you a PayPal invoice within 24 hours.

Shipping

Beads are first shipped in batches from Uruguay to the USA. Once they arrive in California, they are forwarded to you.

Final shipping and handling costs are calculated based on the destination and the number of beads.

USA: starting at $16.
Includes U.S. customs and import fees.

Europe, Canada, Australia: starting at $28.
Customs duties and import fees are not included. Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

All parcels include a tracking number. You will receive the tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note: orders can only be shipped to the address registered with your PayPal account.

Refunds & Returns

Each bead is carefully annealed to increase durability and checked at every stage of creation. However, glass is delicate and not unbreakable. Please handle with care.
If your item arrives damaged, I will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you experience any issues with your order.
